Spring Carnival - Event Volunteers

Description

We need helping hands between 7:00am and 3:30pm, but especially for the morning hours. Come for the whole time or just for a bit - we'll welcome you either way! When you sign up for this volunteer opportunity, you'll be prompted to complete a volunteer waiver if you've not already done so through this platform.

What to expect: Volunteers are needed to help with...

- Set-Up (7am-10am): putting out signs, setting up tents, directing booth hosts as they arrive, etc.

- Event (9:45am-2pm): greeting guests, refreshing the volunteer hospitality tent, hosting games and activities, etc.

- Tear-Down (2pm-3:30pm): collecting signage, breaking down tents and booths, collecting stray garbage, etc.

We'll provide whatever materials/tools may be needed, as well as snacks and beverages throughout the day. You should bring a reusable water bottle and whatever shoes/clothing will keep you fresh on your feet.
