Join the Bainbridge Island Parks & Trails Foundation and Bainbridge Island Metro Parks for an afternoon caring for the historic landscape of Moritani Preserve.
Fall is the perfect season for pulling invasive species and planting native plants. We'll be doing a bit of both throughout the preserve. Maybe we'll even build a new habitat pile for the preserve's smaller critters!
Volunteers of all ages are welcome. We'll provide all the tools necessary for the tasks at hand. Please bring a water bottle, and dress for the weather including long plants and close toed shoes.
Please note there is no parking available within the preserve. Street parking is available on Shepard Way and Winslow Way.
